Ingredients:
1 package of Devils Food Cake Mix
1 can Betty Crocker® Ivy Green Cupcake Icing
1 tube Cake Mate® Yellow Writing Icing
1 bottle Cake Mate® Decors Celebration
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Decorating Decors Stars
1 bottle Cake Mate® Decors Nonpareils
Instructions:
1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions for mini cupcakes.
2. Top each cupcake with cupcake icing. Drizzle writing icing around cupcake to resemble garland.
3. Immediately sprinkle with decors, and top with a star.
