Dinosaur Decal Mini Cupcake Kabobs

Yields: 24 Servings
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker® cake mix of your choice
1 pouch Betty Crocker® White Cookie Icing
1 can Betty Crocker® Chocolate Cupcake Icing
1 package Cake Mate® Dino Dessert Decals
1 package of regular size marshmallows – colors and flavors of your choosing
1 package Betty Crocker® Mini Cupcake Liners
1 package of skewers
Instructions:
1. Follow direction on mixing and baking mini cupcakes. Allow to cool before icing.
2. For cupcakes that will have decals, apply Betty Crocker® White Cookie Icing. Cut decals to fit the cupcake and place directly on the icing. Gently smooth with fingertips. Set aside to allow the icing to dry.
3. For cupcakes that will not have decals, decorate with Betty Crocker® Chocolate Cupcake Icing using your choice of decorating tip.
4. Once the Cookie Icing has set, assemble kabobs, using alternating cupcakes and placing marshmallows between cupcakes.
5. Enjoy!
